She specializes in mindfulness, strengths-based counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and Attachment Science.

In addition to her dedication towards helping adult individuals find connection and healing through therapy, Maddy has also spent the past few years as a secondary teacher, teaching grades 7-12, giving her a unique insight into the school system and how she can help teens navigate and advocate for themselves. She aspires to create a safe space where students can be themselves, learn, and make connections with their peers, leading to a more positive and empowering school experience. Additionally, she has coached a variety of school sports, has been involved in supporting student leadership and has been a school Health Champion, promoting the mental, physical, and emotional health and well-being of students and staff.
